THE GUIDES GET TOGETHER

Del blog pic Feb 14

Two days ago I (Delcia) ran a Channelling Development day workshop in North Cumbria.  This is an opportunity for those who have already learned to channel to meet together, practise, talk about channelling generally, develop skills, and get some answers to personal questions, and the meaning of life etc. etc. I must say we had a wonderful day with lots of fun as well as being moved to tears at times.  Continue reading

Some thoughts from India…

A hot Del!

I (Delcia) am in my third week of visiting India.  Unfortunately I have been ill quite a lot since being here. However this has given me time to rest and reflect. Here are just a few thoughts I would like to share. The ‘channelled’ piece in italics is both me and OT (Ortundra).

The Taj Mahal

To be ‘out of your comfort zone’ is to experience just how varied divinity is. The divine connection in this land is more obvious, yet full of paradoxes, and this demands you to step way outside the social and political norms that dictate your own life.  There is no safety net here. People survive – or they don’t. You have here in this land the greatest of contrasts – the divinity and the corruption, the colour and the darkness, the chaos and the co-operation. Through the basics of survival – water, food, and some kind of shelter – you come to know how little you need for your physical life. Through these basics you have seen humanity. You have seen cruelty and neglect. You have seen tenderness and close kinship. You see it all here in its starkness, not hidden away.

And here are some inspiring quotes from Mahatma Gandhi, which I saw when visiting his museum and ashram in the city of Amedabad in the state of Gujurat , NW India:

“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever”.

“Be the change you want to see in the world”

Paying Attention to Coincidences May Save a Life

Sad kidThis post is not going to follow the usual format – so no Ouija session or channelling from Ortundra. I (Kris) want to talk about a series of ‘coincidences’ that took place for me recently. I don’t believe there is such a thing as coincidence, I believe they are attempts by our Greater Self to get us to pay attention to something. This certainly proved to be the case in this example – and a very important message it was too. Continue reading

Do the Guides have sex?

I (Delcia) wanted to follow on from Kris’s last post on this topic, so decided to ask Ortundra (O.T.) what ‘his’ thoughts on sex and spirituality may be:

“Firstly I want to share with you the limitations you all put on the ‘sex act’.  You refer to sexual intercourse as being the only full way of being sexual with another.  Of course this is totally heterosexual (though penetration takes place within same sex activities), and is a limited definition.  Continue reading

What’s in a name?

I (Delcia) woke at 5.30am on July 7th with the urge to channel on the relevance of the name Ortundra.    I have been toying with the idea of altering how I name my source of guidance.  This comes with a feeling of wanting to be less identified with the New Age approach to the channelling phenomenon (hence my playing with the term ICC – Intuitive Connective Communication).  For me New Age thinking is exciting and rewarding.  However, I have always found a need to be very discerning and wary of healing systems or spiritual ideas and beliefs that present themselves as ‘the way’ or the ‘ultimate truth’.  Channelling as a phenomenon is ‘way out there’, and it seems more important than ever to earth it and make it ordinary (in it’s extra-ordinariness!).  Hence my present interest in the work of The Monroe Institute (abbreviated to TMI in the channelled piece below), and, like Kris, my reading the work of Frank de Marco.  This is what Ortundra had to say this morning: Continue reading

It’s time…

I woke early this morning and after having done some meditation, I was prompted to channel.  I experience this as a gentle but strong urging, a pressure in my chest (heart chakra area), often accompanied with a sensation of light touch through my hair at the top of my head. I am also increasingly experiencing Ortundra as a ‘we’.  The following is what ‘came through’.  Unfortunately the last section got lost – I was typing with my eyes closed and something went wrong.  When I opened my eyes the page had closed down.  I went back and tried to remember what had been said. It felt out of reach although something started coming through again, but my computer wouldn’t let me write it – the keys sort of stuck – very strange.  I was struggling to stay connected so decided whatever it was, this wasn’t the right time to record it. What are the changes in our weather telling us?

The garden, La RondaMy trip to Mid-West France a couple of weeks ago to teach my Open to Channelling (Intuitive Connected Communication) weekend course was a great success, and my thanks and appreciation go out to my hosts and all those who were in the group.  All were English ‘ex-pats’ and, I think, because of this were rather precious and special to each other.  There was laughter, tears, and amazing insights.  By the end of the weekend they were all able to channel for themselves and for each other, and I have just heard that they are going to meet as a group to practise channelling together – the best way to develop the skill.

One of the many questions that came up in the group was to do with the changes in the weather and what is Mother Nature trying to tell us?  Continue reading

Your Cosmic Parents

Ortundra lets us know that there’s a solution if you missed out on receiving adequate parenting (and this is not about blaming parents who invariably do their best):

Cosmic parents

Cosmic Parents by Delcia McNeil

“Allow yourself to know that where earthly parents have failed, for their own reasons, cosmic parents are present.  A cosmic mother and a cosmic father are there for you, there to help you continue to experience yourself as a fully embodied human being.

There is a struggle to receive love if that was missing in your own mothering.  Continue to open your heart and soften and receive the love that is available for you.  Allow yourself to believe and tune into the support of your cosmic parents.  Allow yourself to play and enjoy life. One river flows through you …

Following on from the last Ortundra post, here he develops the question of the different parts of the self. One river

“You speak of different parts of the self, and indeed this is the experience of the human condition, one through which you and we learn so much.  In experiencing the inner conflicts, the questions, and the doubts, you gradually come further and further into light, into knowing.   However, we must truly emphasise that here, in ‘the overview’, there is no separation.  When you have internal struggle you cannot solve that struggle or find release by staying on the same level of the struggle, by moving between “is it this, is it that?”, “am I this, am I that?”, “should I do this, should do that?”  Continue reading

We open the way for Energy to make death not feared

This is the latter half of what was a very emotional and difficult session for all concerned. I considered putting up the entire session, but eventually decided that it was just too personal (and very long!). Perhaps I’m doing a dis-service to the Ouija process and our guides in not sharing such an intensive example of how much this communication can help us to deal with deeply rooted personal issues and experiences, and how they can be used in conjunction with our dreams.

At this stage of our connection with who was, at that time, referred to as Seth (it has since changed) I was extremely ill and trying desperately to heal without the use of orthodox medicine or treatment. Now, over a year later, I am better than I have been in a long time. A lot of my healing I have no doubt came from the work we did with our Seth – both directly through the Ouija and Channelling, and indirectly through the support, love and guidance ‘he’ gave me throughout that very difficult time. Thanks, Seth! Continue reading
