I was born in Liverpool, where I did many amazing things including having two gorgeous daughters. Eight years ago, I moved to the Lake District with my partner, Paddy, and my youngest daughter.
Whilst in Liverpool, I spent several years as a professional actor, worked as a teaching assistant in a school for visually impaired children, wrote three supernatural books, gained a certificate in Adult Education and Training, and began my career as a personal development facilitator and workshop leader. I also qualified in: Hypno-psychotherapy, Dream therapy, Aromatherapy, Colour therapy, Bach Flower remedies.
Since moving to the Lake District, I finally got to university (in Liverpool, of all places!), where I studied for an MA in Screenwriting. I have also undertaken training in Documentary film-making. In 2009, I produced the metaphysical Source Energy magazine, and began running Believing is Seeing workshops based on the Law of Attraction. More recently, I have run a series of TranceDance and sacred ritual workshops. I have also written metaphysical articles for several magazines and e-zines.
Two nights a week, Paddy and I get out our version of a Ouija Board – a shot glass and Scrabble tiles – and speak to our spiritual guide and friend, Seth (it’s important here that you realise this is not the Seth of Jane Roberts). I recently attended Delcia’s ‘Open to Channelling’ workshop, where I learned how to speak for Seth and members of my family, Paddy’s family and those of close friends.
As well as developing this Blog and the Expanding Consciousness workshop with Delcia, I am currently seeing clients as an Intuitive Therapist, and writing a film on Jane Roberts and (her) Seth.
Since beginning this blog, Seth, our 2nd guide on the Ouija, has been replaced by a group entity calling themselves Watcher. This was a very interesting development – one that we have mixed feelings about. We had become attached to our Seth (which could be why our guide has changed), but we realise that it’s all part of our continuing spiritual growth.
